We are not liable for any damages that result from products such as chargers, atomizers, mechanical mods, batteries, or any other electronics that are used in conjunction with these products. Due to the nature of the use and misuse of these products, Discountvapepen.com offers no warranty.
For lithium batteries, we cannot control the way they will be used, charged, discharged or stored after purchase, atxvapeandsmoke.com offers no warranty to lithium battery/batteries or any type of rechargeable batteries, separate or contained within the device, other than the battery working correctly upon first charge. We are not responsible for any damages for any type of batteries due to the cause of usage or short-circuited. Please make sure that you understand how lithium and rechargeable batteries as well as devices that contain lithium rechargeable devices work. Use them at your risk. These products contain a chemical known to the state of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm.
We recommend that you do intense research on each product before purchasing. Please make sure you know how to learn all the safety rules for all batteries, rebuildable atomizers, advanced devices or any other products that we sell. All sales for consumable or disposable products are final. We cannot accept returns on or offer refunds for the following types of products:
E-Liquids, Nicotine Salts, Vape Tanks, Replacement Coils/Atomizers, Replacement Pods, Disposable Vape Pens, Pre-Filled Vape Pods, or any other oral-use, consumable, or disposable product.
Products listed in the Clearance section or sold at Clearance price are not eligible for return or refund.
Any attempts to return consumable, oral-use or disposable products will be refused, for the safety of our customers and employees.
Any package containing a return submitted without a Return Mailer Authorization or other written approval for return from a Giant Vapes employee, regardless of content, will be refused and returned to the originating shipper for the safety of our customers and employees.
We guarantee that your ATXvapeandsmoke order will arrive intact and undamaged. If your shipment or an item in your shipment arrives damaged, just email a photo of the package and damaged item along with a detailed description of the damage to vapeaustin24@gmail.com, and we'll make it right.
All damaged shipment reports must be received via email within 24 hours of your shipment's delivery scan. Damaged item may need to be returned in some cases.
